Securing more than passwords

1Password stores more than 1.3 billion credentials, and over 200,000 businesses trust 1Password to secure their systems, devices, and now their agentic AI tools. 1Password is a premium Enterprise security provider building on Unified Access: Identity security for humans, AI agents, and machines. Growing in the Enterprise market segment requires serious growth firepower, and I currently provide a variety of solutions and experiences to accelerate that growth.

I have doubled marketing-qualified leads at 1Password, increased engagement year-over-year by 23% across 1Password.com, and supported the launch of several new products and campaigns. I have redesigned 1Password's homepage three times, revitalized the Pricing experience, and completely re-architected the primary navigation of 1Password.com.

Systems Thinking

I have produced more than 32 page templates for 1Password.com to base page designs on. Some templates kicked off the creation of more than eight related content pages, saving a significant amount of time while text and supporting imagery were being created. I also maintain a complex site map showing page relationships clearly, and I also conduct a variety of qualitative and quantitative research to inform my design decisions. A/B and multivariate testing are used to validate my design solutions for effectiveness.

Contentful CMS + Headless Architecture

I developed a concept for a headless CMS architecture that would allow 1Password.com to manage content more efficiently and support agentic browsing. I am implementing a coded API for agents to browse 1Password solutions and validate compliance and features programatically. This will later lead to agentic commerce, including the automated creation of trial accounts and POCs, and the ability to sell 1Password solutions directly to agents.
